ADHD

ADHD is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders of childhood.  The prevalence of ADHD is estimated at around 5% worldwide in children and adolescents. Boys are more often affected than girls. The first diagnosis is usually made in childhood but ADHD often lasts into adulthood. Children with ADHD may have trouble paying attention, have trouble with concentration for a longer period or controlling impulsive behaviors. They are also often overly active.
