Kiwi (Actinidia chinesis)

Introduction:

The kiwi originally comes from China, which is why it is also known as the "Chinese gooseberry". The brown-haired fruit, which is green on the inside and tastes sweet and sour and aromatic, is full of healthy ingredients.

Mangoes and papayas have a sweet, juicy taste, similar texture and can be used in a variety of savoury and sweet dishes, just like kiwis. The vitamin C contents are also comparable.

Use/Preparation:
