Thyme

The thyme leaves are used as a multilaterally applicable spice and as a medicine in throat problems.
Thyme is also used for herbal infusions (pickles) or herbal vinegar. It is very popular in the Italian cuisine.
It is contained in almost all spice mixtures. Therefore, the list of ingredients should be exactly reviewed. In spice mixtures, it is used for the following types of food: sauces, soups, vegetable dishes, meat, fish and salads.
