Obesity

Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health.
Nowadays obesity is one of the world’s largest health problems – it has been shifted from being a problem in rich countries, to one that affects all income levels.
The most common method to check if the weight is healty is the body mass index (BMI).
In general a BMI between 25 and 29.9 means that a person is overweight starting from a BMI of 30 a person is obese.
