They are divided into several classes. Among them are Satsuma, Tangerine and Clementine.
Mandarines are processed in their cultivating countries into canned food, juices, tangerine liqueur, as well as to tangerine oil, jams and candies. The manderine oil is used to manufacture flavors for baked goods and dessert foods.
