Kale belongs to the same family as broccoli and cauliflower. Kale can be prepared as sauerkraut, which is steamed and than prepared in a Chinese way; it can be roasted or consumed as Sauté. It accompanies well bacon and sausages. One can differentiate several sorts of kale:
