Benzoic acid is used for canned food. It is only suited to can sour products and can be found in following food types:
Mayonnaises, mayonnaise fine food products, meat and sausage salads, pickles and sauces, canned vegetables, mainly pickled vegetables, canned fruits, fruit juice concentrate.
