Blackberry

On the market, blackberries are available as canned food, deep-frozen food and as fresh fruits. Industrially, they are processed to juice (also combined with other fruits), marrow, jam, jelly, syrup, fruit dessert wine, liqueur and spirituous.
Blackberries are also used for the preparation of desserts and as cake coating. Food containing blackberry is correspondingly labelled.
