In November 2013, the International ImuPro Scientific Advisory Board was founded in Darmstadt, Germany. This 1st meeting served mainly to provide an initial exchange between the members of the committee who come from seven countries.
The ImuPro international experts represent different medical specialties; their clinical experiences with ImuPro range from patients with gastro-intestinal problems to children with ENT (Ear Nose Throat) diseases. Consequently, the possible usefulness of the test for different medical indications like migraine, auto-immune diseases and fertility was intensively discussed at the founding meeting. Other points of common interest were the question how to improve access to ImuPro for physicians and the importance of a healthy gut and of gut permeabilities in food allergies.
